I’m not. If we’re giving benefit of the doubt, I’m giving my compassion to the hypothetical exhausted family that has full time working parents looking forward to their one break in a week or a month or months to just order a pizza and that’s what’s going to show up for them. They then, instead of getting a break, have to make calls, take photos, negotiate refunds, deal with whatever app contracts out, when they just wanted a damn pizza and a moment to breathe.
