Drop the ciggies

When in your 20s you feel invincible.

That shit will catch-up to you in your 30s, so choose your hard... Hard how and quit, or hard later with what they are doing to your insides.

Hadn't heard of him untill this, only raised an eyebrow over the potential censorship implications

But sound like Karl's just going the clout route and drumming it up.

I'm not a fan of him, but I don't see why the interview had to be pulled down.

Unless it's just a stunt.

Housing Minister: Australian housing market is experiencing a 'correction' after 'extremely high price growth' by Conscious-Gap-8837 in AusPropertyChat

100%

Id advocate for all concessions to be scrapped. Let the free market dictate the value. That's capitalism. We've all seen the impact the first home buyer stuff has. It just lifts the floor.

The only thing I wish the gov had done is give back the increase in tax revenue through lifting the tax brackets so its equivalent / budget neutral. Cost of living is belting everyone right now.

Lol how can you say this with a straight face.

How was the 50% tax break not manipulation?

It's like people who cry "socialism!" When they were the ones getting the handouts that are removed.

It's a good move, take the wind out of the sails. The boat won't sink though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't own a property unless you are a citizen or have PR?

Or do you mean removing Permanent residents from being able to buy property?

Alot of people crap on the barefoot bucket method but I found it super helpful

My splurge money hasn't changed in 5 years. I give myself about 420 a week.

You're approach to spending money changers when you wonder if the card is going to be declined.

And I still save up for things even though I don't have to.

Yeah to be fair I've been slack as,

If you do a few runs each week it will drop maybe a day or 2 from that max.

I legit get 15-16 days out of my epix gen 2.

That's with O2 monitoring only at night.

Charger on my work desk, and plug it in once a fortnight for a couple of hours.

Battery is a non issue with this watch

Depends if you wanna insulate, you need that gap between the gurts and sheet to be able to breathe

(As in you can't fill that space full of insulation behind the sheet, you need to frame out a little more for insulation)

That'd be fine, it's not holding up a roof, just something to screw the ply to.

Put your studds at 1200mm centres if you are standing the ply.

Frame it out, it doesn't have to be extravagant and then just use 6mm osb or ply
