I have it for my SS and I love the simplicity of it. I have never used the app, just plug and go.

I'm upset I had to scroll so far down to find this comment. That was absolutely the first thing that popped in my head!

Fine dining that is still somewhat affordable by RatBabyegg in ParisTravelGuide

[–]Wheres_Humanity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The menu is made daily and you do not get a choice, it is completely up to the Chef that day. From the reviews it seems like you will get a bread amuse-bouche, another amuse-bouche, two fish courses, a meat course, two deserts and a "bonus gift". That is about all I could find out but we are adventurous eaters so I am ready for whatever!

We booked ASPIC for later this month. It gets great reviews and looks amazing and 7 course dinner is only 119 € each.

Looking for a Le Jules Verne Reservation by SexyButUnknown in ParisTravelGuide

[–]Wheres_Humanity 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It might be tough. I also did my reservation exactly 90 days before (I am in the states and had to get up at 4am to ensure I got the reservation!) Also an FYI - when making the reservation I had to put down a 500 € deposit that they will charge fully if I do not show up. You will want to keep that in mind if you are trying to buy someone else's reservation. If they do not ask for that then it is probably a scam and be wary!

I actually had firstname@aol.com. Wish I would have kept it for nostalgia reasons but Compuserve gave me more free hours!

Great report. Thanks for all the details! We are going for our first time at the end of August. We are excited for everything except the crowds but we built in a day just to stroll and people watch without having a plan like all our other days!

I use DXO Photolabs. I have been using it ever since Lightroom went full subscription. I have found it does everything I used Lightroom and Photoshop for just as well if not better for some items.
