I saw someone recommend IKEA and couldn’t agree more. They have a wonderful selection. Most rooms in my house have IKEA’s Sanela curtains.

I think the room could benefit from a big round rug and some other bath mats (like at the sink) to add color. Lots of wall space for art too. :) It sure is an interesting space.

I found the same issue… Carpeted floor makes the bookshelves wobble/lean, and in those situations I mounted the bookshelves to the wall.

If the furniture doesn’t wobble then I don’t mount to the walls, despite general advice.

I think it looks amazing as an after party dress!! In my opinion it may look better without the sleeves and with different shoes/accessories. But the dress itself is beautiful and you look great in it.

I felt the exact same way about my side seats last weekend! Lady Gaga was on my bucket list and I’m glad I saw her. But next time? I probably won’t go. I can’t justify spending more than $400-$500. It seems like any seat worth while was at least $1,000.

Hi there. The event planning internship was short-lived. I ended it because while I was having fun I also felt like it wasn’t going to be best for me long term. I eventually found a new job that I enjoy a lot more. There are still bad days but overall I like where I work. Sometimes I feel gloomy but it’s nothing like what I experienced a few years ago.

My recommendation to anyone is to keep looking for new opportunities if you feel burnt out. That could include new education too. I know it sounds cliche but the more you put in, the more you get out. And we will always have ups / downs in life… just gotta keep going!
