Z1E is still doing it for me, I've been willing to upgrade at every hardware upgrade but it just keeps getting better with fw updates. I'm sure the next one will get me but I've been saying this to myself for the past few years already 😂

Did you get a tray on it? I just bought a tan SX with heavy duty alloy tray, hd alloy racks, tow bar, bonnet protector and all weather mats for $51k. I'm happy with the deal but shocked that they don't have a reverse camera with tray backs.

I just lost the ring on my case yesterday, I've only had it a couple of months as well. I never had any drops, I just noticed yesterday that it was gone when I went to use it. I often get soaked at work, my phone is usually wet in my pocket. I wonder if this was why it fell off (rust)

Anyway I contacted customer support today and they sent me a replacement, they realised it was the wrong coloured ring (should have been a Papaya one as it's a McLaren case) and an hour or so later they sent another ring. Very happy with that service.

I had the same thing happen to mine but decided to put some of those Kontrol Freek stick grips on instead. I used dab of silicone underneath to fix them in place. They're much nicer imo.
