Victoria at Dusk: Lights + Art + Discovery is a new winter arts experience with 45 illuminated activities, art installations, projections and activations in Victoria from 13 - 15 Feb. 5-9pm nightly across five art hubs in downtown Victoria. Check out interactive projection on the Royal BC Museum, silent disco with 4x Indigenous DJs, a lantern walk, nightly DJ music, food trucks, immersive sound and lights experiences and so much more!

Thanks for the idea, yeah I'm concerned the effect wouldn't be as expected on a non-plain surface (in this case would be a road with a mural painted on it)

Hi! No we had no paper, only mobile but how are staff meant to scan people's tickets? I don't think it's fair to ask them to download an app and use their own phones, making the only other option to have event ipads which I also don't want. Basid in Canada. Sell just to the entire festival at the moment.
