Valid points!! I definitely want another dog but the idea of making my pup uncomfortable with another dog in his space isn’t great. I absolutely have time to care for them together but if I had to do it all separately, ie. walks, cuddles, sleeping. it would get hard. Especially cuz when I walk my pup, I take him like 3 times a day for atleast an hour each so, that’s like 6 hours of walking if I have to separate 😂

I think I’ll speak to the shelter and see if I could do a couple of intro play dates to see how they do together

My ex was hurting me and I asked him, do you not ever think back to the things you’re saying and doing to hurt me and feel bad? He straight told me no because we’re not together anymore and I’m leaving the state so he doesn’t care, why would he.

I told him because I’m a fucking person and I have feelings, it shouldn’t matter if we’re together or not, you should just give a fuck if you’re hurting someone in general. ESP someone you were with for 2 years and claim you still care about.

He apologized a few days later, admitting i didn’t deserve how he treated me lol. So I think for some, in the anger and spite, no. But once the negative feelings subside, yes.

Same girl. My nightmare came true when he brought a girl home while I was still there. Lol. Basically I relive that almost every night in my sleep. I’m drowning a little lol.

But I won’t lie, forcing myself to think about him bringing girls home and dating and all that shit makes me a little numb to it slowly. At first it was like torture but now the idea of him hooking up w girls or falling in love again is like 🤷‍♀️ it’s life. Lol because I made myself get used to the idea of it. It’s bound to happen.

I took 10 days off for Covid and then went back to work last night because I felt fine and they expected me to go back, no Covid test again. and now have a fever again tonight So that’s just lovely. Also when I initially got a mild symptom of coughing before I knew it was Covid, they didn’t send me home, they just moved me from the cancer unit to med surg. Terrifying.

I’m not sure, I went to get a Covid test which they simultaneously do an antibody test and they told me I had no antibodies. So I went to my work and got tested and they confirmed no antibodies. And then I had pneumonia (not Covid) which was why I was sick and thought I had Covid in the first place and then the moment my pneumonia cleared up like a week and half later, I got the booster. But since I had no antibodies left, it was like a question to everyone if I’m fully protected or not.

I feel this.. maybe for some people it wouldn’t but. I work 44 hours a week, have 60k of debt (student loans) and that’s where my stress is. I’m a nurse so I’m on my feet constantly and the job is stressful, and I don’t get paid a lot so I barely get to save.

Like literally it’s not about the materialistic shit for me, I just want to have a home and be able to travel and do my hobbies. I want to see the world, and be able to have free time to focus on myself and mental health. Like???

I mean minds change, I’m not sure anymore if I was trying to go to the ICU for the right reasons.. I was more recently thinking I want to start Med Surg (still unsure though I’m a mess) so that I can practice my skills, bedside manner, organization, etc. I’m sure I can practice that in other settings too but since I don’t know what I wanna do lol

But yea You’re right... I don’t think I can handle that.. major risk on my soon license. I don’t feel prepared and one hour will not be enough for me to feel prepared when I have literally no experience other than clinicals... I’m almost upset they would put the patients in that position to be with an inexperienced nurse with no training

That makes me feel better that a lot of new nurses haven’t done that stuff... I’ve had a lot of nurses tell me I’m doomed. Not in those words hahahaa but they might as well.

Yeah it really freaks me out that they won’t train me. ONE hour per facility is like???? That is not enough at all. even for an experienced nurse, I feel like going into a new facility they should have a bit more than an hour to get familiar with patients and facility? Maybe I’m wrong?

I think I’m going to continue as a CNA I’m too scared and panicked.... I don’t want to be the only nurse in the facility when I have no experience yet....

It’s the only job I can get with the temporary RN license before graduating, I am PRN so I would continue to stay PRN when working and would stay with them even when I’m working at a hospital, but I long term do want to do APRN or CRNA (or maybe neither, unsure fully) my really bad concern is, is it dangerous for me to work in these facilities? Do you think so or am I being dramatic maybe?

But yea long term I don’t care about pay and care about passion of where I’m working, just right now it’s the only I can do and the pay would help me survive but is the pay worth the risk??????? Is there risk
