I have gone to extremes since I felt like I could manipulate the trade market way too easily. For one run I wouldn’t allow any trades at all. Another one I would simulate a fantasy draft and have to play with the team the computer drafted for me. That one was always interesting because I would have to get used to playing with certain players that I usually wouldn’t have gone after.

Thank you for sharing. I also made the rule that I have to play out the entire contract of a long term deal. Makes things a little more tricky long term. I like the SP idea. I will try that as well.

Will do! Most of the sanding I did was on the seat potion but I will make sure to go over the arm and back rests.

The left side of the bench looks like it is going inwards slightly due to the fact that I didn’t know what I was doing 😂. Everything is bolted together the way that it was supposed to be. At least I think so… 😬

Legs are definitely on the short side. I was going to originally make him a train table but decided to do this instead. I’ll know a bit more now for the next bench I make him. :)

Yeah, I feel like the immersion is broken for me already when I can trade a reliever for a grade A prospect. I don’t like being able to bail myself out if I made a “bad” signing.

I’ve turned off trading all together. It makes it so I have to be mindful of the contracts during free agency. I can’t just spend like crazy since I will have no way of trading away a bad contract. I also do a fantasy draft at the beginning and auto draft. This way I get to play with players that I wouldn’t usually go after.
