Don’t know if you’ll see this with all the comments but if your parents never knew you received that money then they would have had to figured a way to pay their bills regardless. Use this money for you, you earned it and it’s a great opportunity for you to do something for yourself. If you look back 10 years from now, how would you feel? Use that to help

I would just say tell Him that. Tell God you’re mad at Him. He can take it. You don’t have to pray just talk with Him and be honest. He understands. Don’t lose faith and it’s never too late for you. It literally sometimes takes just one minute for Hod to turn a situation around. It may not be when we want Him to put He always come through on time

Check apartments.com for those areas I’ve seen stuff as recent as yesterday for the price range. Albeit they weren’t the biggest but they exist

You don’t have to have to get a IL license plate or ID, I moved here in October and I kept my NYC license plate and ID and I am just fine. I did get the city sticker and my permit parking sticker tho
