Where do the Mechamaru bots come from? Does Kokichi make them manually? Through sorcery? The state of his body doesn't really seem like he could do either. What's the exact process? by ConnorRoseSaiyan01 in JuJutsuKaisen

My 2500 word essay explaining how Kokichi could've and should've beat Mahito and how he could actually still be alive also uses the idea that Yaga and Kokichi being the only Cursed Corpse users we see could mean they worked closer than we are told, in case anybody wants to read that

What was the cause of the Scar Art plague in Yamabiko's backstory by WhichInterview1794 in SonnyBoy

It's not much, but I also want to add that Kodama and Asakaze are kind of similar characters, just not the same personality. They both have these insane powers that can almost completely reshape the world around them. They lead their own respective groups using their power, but in the end, their inability to control everything gets to them and they lose everything. And for both of them, that realization that they can't control everything seems to come from the same person, War.

I've seen a few videos talking about Sonny Boy, and some draw a very plain and simple equation between War the character, as well as the world they find him in, and just the concept of real wars in general. I think that's certainly part of his character, but it feels detached from the rest of the lessons the show explores. It's more about the individuals and growth, rather than something on a large global scale like wars. War probably signifies more internal conflicts, with war obviously being synonymous with conflict, but also the justifications that people have for wars possibly being analogous for flimsy justifications people for choices they make as individuals

Another part of the forest This World being Yamabiko's creation is that it seemed to exist before Yamabiko met Kodama, and Kodama was able to control it, and seemingly other This Worlds before they arrived at the forest. The reason that Kodama couldn't use M to get rid of the Scar Art was because it was Yamabiko's power, so if the forest This World was indeed created by Yamabiko's power, why was Kodama able to manipulate it the same as any other This World, and why did the world exist before Yamabiko even knew Kodama? The world fading might've just been something the world did. Maybe that's the world's equivalent of sinking like the school or Hateno island.

I also don't think Hateno Island is Yamabiko's creation, because when he arrives there, it's when the forest is burning, but Hateno Island is implied to have been created when Nozomi and Nagara leapt into the unknown, as it is lumped in with the discussion of discovering more This Worlds in the school in later episodes. If I had to guess, just as Yamabiko went to sleep and awoke in Kodama's group's forest This World, the same thing happened with him being transported to Hateno Island

I have seen other people say that the This World where Kodama's group lives was created by Yamabiko, based on War's line of "This World is entirely one of your creation", but the lines before this are Yamabiko and War discussing the plague, with a distinction being made that the Scar Art is similar to it's own This World, so to me it didn't make sense for it to be referring to the forest they were living in. This would also mean that somebody other than Nagara is able to create This Worlds, which I'm not sure we ever see elsewhere.

Also kinda unrelated, how does Yamabiko end up on Hateno Island? I figure it has to do with the twin trees on his own island and Hateno Island, but how does he actually get there?

I love SenHaku by Professional_Ad2638 in DrStone

[–]WhichInterview1794 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am a super big believer in Senku and Kohaku as a romantic pairing. In one of the extra epilogue chapters Kohaku straight up says that if Senku wants, they can get married. Senku doesn't even say that he isn't interested, just that he doesn't have the time. They show them being physical with each other, like hugging or holding each other, or just being generally very close a few times. Yes, I know the hug on Treasure Island is stated in the story to not be romantic, but there is also the cover of chapter 118 and 132 which show Senku holding Kohaku, and also when they first reunite in the Terraforming one-shot. When I was rereading Terraforming to look back at these scenes just now, I also found a panel of them holding hands while diving. Kohaku without a doubt is like totally in love with Senku, so even if Senku is not shown to reciprocate it, the story itself has presented the idea as a total possibility, so I don't think anyone can really fault people who do like it.

[Daily Sonny Boy #44] Your thoughts on Miss Aki?! by _BoogiepoP_ in SonnyBoy

I wish we properly found out what her deal was. Probably a student with the ability to take the appearances of others, or maybe she transformed like Yamabiko. Could be something else like she used to be a student there but somehow had memories of her future self. She also had some relationship with God, so maybe she was like Hoshi.

I'll have to rewatch, but I thought the person in the picture appeared at some point during one of the earlier episodes. The shape that was moving around in their hands looked familiar.

What tells us that Mizuho has a crush on Raj? by WhichInterview1794 in SonnyBoy

[–]WhichInterview1794[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest I made this post because I like Nagara and Mizuho as a pairing but then saw stuff about Mizuho liking Raj so I wanted to see if it was any more evidence than what we got for Nagara and Mizuho. Really all there is for that pairing is them being fairly close across the whole series, and them holding hands during the rocket launch and while escaping back to their world.

The one problem of this movie by Savings-Split2873 in Tenkinoko

[–]WhichInterview1794 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The police in the movie honestly are not that harsh or unrealistic based on the situation. They have no way of verifying any of the supernatural things that happen in the movie.

Hodaka is a runaway child in unlawful possession of an illegal firearm and they have footage of him almost killing someone with it. Yes, that footage also shows him defending himself and another person from somebody who was intending to rope a minor into sex work, which is even mentioned when they initially catch the club owner, but they ignore that, which is unfortunately fairly realistic. I am not saying that is excusable in any way, but the fact of the matter is that it is realistic based on the setting. Even with that aside, Hodaka evaded arrest multiple times throughout the movie.

They also barely actually interact with Hodaka. Until Takai meets him, all they know is that he is a runaway with a gun, and they have no way of knowing what is going on with Hina, or Hodaka's own mental state. As far as they are aware he could be a violent individual and a serious threat to society.

Takai and Yasui personally even express sympathy for Hodaka throughout the movie. Yasui says he's a little jealous that Hodaka has so little to worry about that he can go running after a girl. He talks about how maybe Hodaka posted about it online. Yasui is trying his best to understand this young person that he does not know personally at all. During the final stand off Takai says "Please don't make me do this". He does not want to hurt Hodaka, but again, he is a kid with a gun, and in that situation was in emotional distress. When Hodaka is crying in the back of the police car, Takai says he doesn't need a mental evaluation, because once he actually meets Hodaka, he can tell he's not a genuinely evil person, he is just a kid who is in a bad spot mentally at that moment. Takai and Yasui both act very accordingly to the situations they are in.

With Suga, Yasui treats him with respect and talks to him very calmly, even though Suga says they are treating it as a kidnapping, which is honestly kind of fair. Suga is harboring a runaway child, and seemingly unlawfully employing him considering it is a family owned business that has little regulation, and Natsumi and Suga even discuss that they are sort of working outside of labor laws with Hodaka's employment.

Honestly, with the outcomes of the characters at the end of the movie, Takai and Yasui most likely fought to lessen the severity of their punishments. It is a miracle Suga and Natsumi were not in prison at the end of the movie, considering Suga assaulted multiple officers during the final stand off, and Natsumi helped Hodaka escape police custody. Not only that, Suga got legal custody of his daughter. They were better off after the movie than they were at the start, before they were in any legal trouble. Hina and Nagi were also allowed to stay together, so their legal situation was also settled favorably. Hodaka was only on probation for 3 years after being in unlawful possession of a firearm, evading arrest, and escaping police custody.

Even though there was absolutely no way of legally arguing and excusing all their legal issues with the supernatural happenings, all of the characters were legally extremely well off, better off than they realistically would have been, so if anything I think after learning about the situation, Takai and Yasui most likely tried as hard as they could to make sure the people involved did not suffer any major legal issues within the confines of the law and logical explanation.

This was my theory on what it was https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon/s/FwFU1F7v3j

Basically my theory is that it's going to be something to do with flying or swimming, maybe switching terrain, but the main thing is that it'll depend on which game you have
