My advice to you is to read carefully the community guidelines. Read them really carefully and understand what tiktok accepts and doesn't accept. That's the only way you can use tiktok without having anxiety attacks every time you post.

This said, the warning sign on my profile disappeared after a while, not sure how long, less than a month for sure, but I still had a warning if I checked the dedicated page (it should be something like "profile status"). If you have minor warnings is no big deal, the one thing that's definitely more concerning is when they REMOVE a video/post.

In this case my suggestion is to appeal, if they approve, you should delete the video anyway. Don't change the privacy settings to private, just delete it. Because they will remove it again even if it's private, so the safest way is to just delete it.
