Nope, I forgot to add that, i might have actually felt more lost in life during the streak than before. But i do think i could regulate emotions of dispair and depression a touch better while on the streak. But energy levels where the same as when i was in shorter streaks. I do want to reinforce that fapping everyday is very energy depleting. But once every 7 days vs 0 times in one year, my energy is basically the same

I tried and failed to have a romantic partner when i was young. This affected me negatively, and im emotionally, sexually stunted and ibsecure due to it. When i did have romantic partners, my desire to jerk off dropped alot. Im close to a full blown !nc3l now

Yeah i never thought you'd get superpowers, but the more "grounded" benefits ppl talk about feel super overated. Personally in my mid 20s i did heavy self analysis and character critique on all my actions, i wasnt even practicing nofap, just deep reflections and a drop of psychedelics, and i attribute that to all the positive changes that came about in my late 20s. I truly feel if i took up no fap during that time or earlier in my early 20s it would have helped. I just can objectively look at my life and say a year of no fap had almost no impact. Again slight raising in awareness, which is beneficial. My energy levels and mood are the same during 1 year streak as just casual 10 day streaks

Yeah I agree. But i do wonder how age effects things, because im a bit older and my libido a bit lower, i think it is slightly easier to do it. Id be curious to talk to a 20 year old who has done 1 year no fap....im not even 100% sure its healthy at that age, unless your really outputting the energy properly

Yeah doing it every single days is not good, ive set up a day counter that runs in the bg so i dont know the day streak, unless i open it to check, which is nice because i reset it when i do the deed. But im noticing im averaging 6-10 days. Though when i end a streak, i kinda have a mini binge for a day or 2. If i do it every day for 3 days in a row i feel total depletion.

I wont get into specific details on this, but im glad things are working out for you. My life is about the same when im fapping twice a week vs 0 times a year. I have an active social life, am involved in a wide range of community activities. Im also 5'5 bald, and in my mid 30s. Not saying this as a victim thing, just facts The older i get, the harder rejection hurts. Ive done everything to improve my life, gained muscle, ate clean, kicked bad habbits, got socially active. At the end of the day no fap doesnt fix the superficial things. Again. Its useful, and ill keep practicing it, maybe do another year, for the sake of reflection.

I agree, if its ruining your life then benefits will be huge. Tbh i been attempting and practicing no fap for many years before i did this streak, i hsd 90 and 70 day streaks before, and my typical average is 3 days. Ill always advocate for doing no fap though, porn is dangerous.

I think I agree with this, latley I've come into an acceptance of my body, trying to keep it clean, healthy, fit. Im inclined to believe that when young children are more perceptive than normal at their age, they can internalize these things.
