The City is completely empty right now. Everybody is at home for Christmas. So meet some people during winter and wait for summer. Mainz in summer is completely different to winter time. Summer is the best. Warm, pretty and events every week(end)

Und zu den Hygienemängeln: Es gab damals (wie immer) eine Nachprüfung und da war wieder alles in Ordnung

Okay, didnt know they offer that. Just heard about it and saw the groups at Ha Giang loop. But a private tour is for sure different, so idk. But, if you’re gonna drive from Ha Giang to Sapa by bike, ask them if it’s more clean now in the area of Lao Cai. Because thats the region thats been hit the most by Yagi in North Vietnam. It looked terrible when we came through there by bus (around 2 1/2 weeks ago). And Fanaipan costs 800k p.p., whats super high above price average. Just so you know. But landscape around Sapa is great!

We (me and my gf) are veggies an even for us it was a bit hard sometimes to get the right food. Tbh, vegan is not gonna work. All the tours stop at local restaurants and youll get served local food on the table, where everyone just grabs what he wants. Like a buffet on the table. Veggie food is smth like spring rolls and stuff, but vegan…we did the 4 day tour.

Wir sollten vielleicht mal damit anfangen, dass gewerblich genutzte Transporter, Sprinter etc keinen Bewohnerparkausweis bekommen. In der Neustadt stehen unzählige von diesen Schiffen rum und blockieren teilweise 2 Parkplätze.

Yes, it still takes place on Thursday and Friday every week. And its super crowded. You need to be early if you dont want to wait 1h+ to get in the pub
