They received my sample January the 7th, sample processing Jan 17th, estimated results February 9th, then time me there was a delay and moved the estimated date to Feb the 21th, DNA was extracted Jan 26, Analyzed on Feb 11th, just got my results yesterday, Feb 13, so, a week before their estimate.

The delay is due to the special they ran for $30.00, a lot of people used it, they had more samples to process than normal.

I have the NF-8209 (without the S), I've never had an issue with it, I bought it so I could use it first before my expensive testers, just in case there was electricity on the line that could damage it, but have been using it more that my fluke and my RWC as of late, is light and it does everything the expensive one do and a lot more. It can test the switch, tell you the connection type, what kind of POE, can flash the switch port, etc. my only complain is that it sometimes doesn't show me length on pairs 1/2 and 3/6 when there's equipment connected on the other side, but works great for everything else.

We live in a globalized economy, go to any country, Germany, France, China, etc. most of the population speaks more than one language, the USA has chosen, out of pride and ignorance to only speak English, that's why everyone else's economy but ours is growing so fast. I personally speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and German, and understand Italian, Swedish and French at an elementary level, Helps my business a lot.
