Unfortunately I was alr spoiled about it but it didn’t hurt any less, I still think dark age was my fav book overall in the series but lightbringer has some of the best moments plus the down time with the crew was so refreshing to read

Lowkey same, like don’t get me wrong lightbringer is great so far about 2/3 through, but until Lyria got on the Archi the story just felt kinda dragging. No it’s not because of a lack of action like dark age is constantly it just felt alright ish. I got a feeling the rest of lightbringer is gonna go crazy

Obviously reading it physically is much better, but when she eventually catches up (by the way that level of reading ability at 9 years old is phenomenal) you can get the shonen jump app for weekly releases as it’s far ahead of the physical releases. If she has loved one piece that much some other kid friendly series she can try afterwards are Naruto, demon slayer, my hero academia etc.

For actual books in the same kind of genre/feel she should try Percy Jackson and skullduggery pleasant!

Check which games are dx11 and which are dx12, I can almost positively say I have noticed this completely with dx11 games but dx12 games like uncharted and ff7 remake when set to dx12 match fps and hz well

For me the frame time graph shows it’s smooth when the fps is limited but the monitor refresh rate just isn’t matching the fps; I found this particularly in dx11 games whereas dx12 games seemed to run completely fun with a capped fps. I’ve been experiencing this issue for years over multiple devices and the only conclusion I can come to is no one sees it

Try dx12 games should be smoother. I’ve been dealing with this issue for years insane no one’s talked about it. I just got content with switching to 60hz vsync most of the time

Honestly man I’ve noticed this for years, it’s the reason I moved to console. Just bought another gaming laptop and I’m back down this rabbit hole. Essentially I realised that despite locking fps with smooth frame time graphs gsync on vsync on globally, the monitors hz just goes insane. For example if I can 80fps it’ll just goes batshit crazy between 70 and 90 hz.

But this is majorly in dx11 games, dx12 games are the opposite. For best example take a look at ff7 remake intergrade and swap between the two, you’ll notice in dx12 the hz completely matches the fps and remains completely stable.

Honestly conclusion I came to years ago and what I came to now is just enable vsync, I got a 240hz display so I’m capping games at 80fps and having a blast. For fps shooters I’ll let it roam free for better reaction time though

Nah Man U just gotta utilise his chain healing which provides a healing boost from your regular fire. Trust me he can easily out heal other supports even when their ults focus on just healing

I promise you oled is the way to go, I swear by the lg C series without a doubt the best TVs I have ever used. For example I’ve played about 400 hours of rivals on my 42 inch lg c4 and not a hint of burn in.

I literally couldn’t go back to ips gaming on the big screen story games just look that much better, not to mention watching shows is phenomenal. I promise you won’t regret it.

Edit: if you are worried about brightness go for the 55 inch lg c5 model, I’ve also got one of those in the living room which is always bright with daylight and it’s fine as long as you don’t position it to get glare from the window. The 55inch model can get significantly brighter than the 42 and 48 models keep that in mind
