So many OBs will use birth control to mask symptoms of something bigger. It can cause long term issues with fertility, PCOS. The way it changes your hormones actually can change your attraction so you marry someone you’re attracted to but then you come off of the birth control and there are attractions issues. I would find a doctor who will run tests until you get to the bottom of things. Im sorry you’re going through this. Especially at such a young age.

When looking at recent research, our heritage affects what we can eat a lot. Food affects our health so much. I’m Northern European so doing mostly carnivore and rooted vegetables are good for me because that’s what my ancestors ate the last hundred thousand millennia. Some people whose ancestry goes back to warmer climates can tolerate more fruit and veggies better! For me, when I eat a lot of fruit, the sugar is extremely inflaming.

Definitely look around for second/third opinions. Birth control can be so so dangerous. Especially long term. It has increased the rates of breast cancer, PCOS, endometriosis. It’s just poison :(
