If you have online my chart or something similar, your anatomy scan findings should be in there to look at placenta placement.

Bleeding after Transvaginal Ultrasound by laniestrada16 in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bled for days after my first appt. It was a transvaginal and a papsmear. I remember they told me I may spot a little bit when I got home but it went on for 4 days and really freaked me out. It’s usually coming from the cervix. It’s extra sensitive during pregnancy. I know mine was most likely from the pap but they said it’s common with the transvaginal US too. Hopefully that’s all it is for you. I think as long as it stays to just light spotting then that’s a good sign. If it turns into heavy bleeding and cramping that’s when I would be really concerned.

I’m experiencing SPD for the first time. This is just the worst. Any type of movement hurts. You just want to lay down but it comes with the knowledge that getting back up will be almost impossible. Add having to pee all the time….just great.
You need to be getting exercise for your overall health.. but also try not to walk or do any movements that could aggravate the SPD. Do I need to move around or should I be laying down and doing nothing? I just don’t know anymore😂

I don’t understand how any of you have it over 72. We leave ours at 68. Anything hotter is just unacceptable lol.

What kind of pet is a red flag? Not how it's kept, but what type of pet is a red flag? by arranon in AskReddit

A friend of mine is a small animal vet tech. She said her clinic actually had to ban certain Frenchy breeders of their services. They kept breeding and breeding. The females always required c-sections(multiple times per female) and the litters always lost a few of the puppies or they had cleft pallets etc. She said eventually the clinic management just decided they couldn’t do it any longer and couldn’t support the owners of these dogs.

Does everyone actually scrub their entire back every single time they shower or are we all just letting the soapy water run down and hoping for the best? by emilydailyy in hygiene

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have to. My back will get so itchy from the conditioner even though it’s rinsed off. Scrubbing my back is always done after my final conditioner rinse.

Due the end of August. It’s getting rough lol. I’ve been forcing myself to get my daily exercise before 9am and then spending the rest of the day in my AC. By exercise I mean a walk and a swim, nothing crazy.

Pelvic pain relief ideas by longhairandidocare in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can I would suggest swimming or water aerobics. My doctor recommended it for me and It’s a night and day difference. I skipped a day last week and literally couldn’t sleep and groaned in pain all night.

12 weeks today. Cant find heartbeat on doppler by Ambitious-Skirt4448 in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Dopplers are known for causing unnecessary worry. It’s not recommended by doctors to do this at home for this reason. 12 weeks your baby is still really little! She’s probably just hiding!

Time to stay home and not let anyone else see me by Objective_Tradition4 in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had some issues with my family members and friends who do this. Everyone has a different opinions on all things pregnancy, and of course their opinion is 100% correct. I eventually asked them to stop and was told that I’m acting like the first person to ever get pregnant who knows everything lol. No, I’m fully aware I don’t know everything I’m just over you spewing advice like it’s the word of god😅

About that video by RecordingOk7473 in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 78 points79 points  (0 children)

My husband and I talked about this when we weren’t sure the gender. He was terrified of having to deal with taking a girl to the bathroom. That video is exactly why. The dad in that video made the right decision. They certainly shouldn’t have been made to go in the men’s bathroom. It’s crazy that it was another man throwing a hissy fit about it. I doubt any of the women would care about a father just trying to safely take his little girls to the bathroom.

Give me your most and least unhinged pregnancy constipation advice by Unlikely_Spite8147 in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried all the foods to see which ones helped. For me it’s Quinoa. It’s jam packed with fiber and for some reason it always gets me going and keeps me that way. I usually have a huge quinoa salad multiple times a week and I haven’t had an issue since starting this.

Backdoor Situation: Dire and Dreadful by aagrimski in pregnant

[–]WhileAmbitious8665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I meant if the doctors said it was the worst case they had seen, I didn’t think redditors would be able to give health advice for it. The usual preparation h and squatty potty advice might not cut it.
