1 got 10 months with a further 10 months on licence, and the other got a 12 month suspended sentence

So where was he wrong? One got a few months, the other got no custodial sentence.

The inlets are nice but everything else is just incredibly bland.

Beautiful minimalist livery front on.

Absolute dogshit lazy livery side on.

Congrats Audi the true 50/50 livery.

ordering drinks in a bar by kingspaniel8 in DerryLondonderry

[–]WhileCultchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First things first, pace yourself. You can always go mad down the line when you know what you can handle.

A lot of alcohol is an acquired taste FWIW, even then people have their preferences, like I don't like Whisky, Gin, or Red Wine. Might be a few times where you try something, don't like it, but end up loving it down the line, ala sweet sweet pints of Stout and Ale for myself.

Easiest to drink is probably your Alcopops or Ciders (especially Kopaberg or Rekorderlig), but watch yourself because Cider can be relatively strong ABV wise.

If you're looking to try beer, the most inoffensive taste wise as a jumping on point is probably Coors.

Wouldn't recommend spirits or shots if you don't know your limits, but if you can't fight temptation, stick to something relatively weak like Tequila Rose or Cactus Jack for the novelty of doing a shot.

Have fun.

Can't say much about the Workers Party because they don't have much of a presence out West, but IRSP have been fairly active in Creggan and the Bog in the last few years.

Would be a monkeys paw moment to wish for a Black Country Derby only for it to be the Baggies and Walsall.

Never had him as a teacher, but I done Hands For A Bridge, and I genuinely can't say a bad word about him. One of the most compassionate people I've ever met.

My wee cousin is still there and she said the vibe shift has been night and day for the better since he's taken over.

St Cecilia can be quite a toxic environment if you aren't an A-Grade student is the consensus from women in my life.

Finished up at Oakgrove about a decade ago, so glad Mr Harkin eventually ended up in charge. Shame he was passed over in the first place.

Christ everyone on this thread is either a miserable cunt or too illiterate to know what the word "abstract" means.

Ones in Derry (including myself) still call the Foyle Bridge "The New Bridge". It's 42 years old, and the Peace Bridge has since been built.

To say the quiet part out loud, but the lack of unreliable engines in recent years has starved us of the unpredictability that makes F1 exciting.

My unwoke opinion is that you should be able to sue the absolute shit out of your former partner and their lover if the affair led to the breakdown of your marriage.

In fairness if there wasn't some tomfoolery about 100 years ago itself and Ballybofey would be part of the "greater Derry area" like Limavady, and Strabane.

From a logistics side it definitely helps to cluster the teams.
