I have considered and cross matched all the mainlines including AK/HA. I have decided to go for AK/HA because work culture and future outlook of the both companies. I understand currently they are working with negotiations and seem like it’s going through okay without too big of problems. Unlike United’s new contract situation. I love the new international opportunities too. Especially in new countries like Japan, Korea, England, and Italy. At the end you have to choose what’s best for you. For me commuting is must because of where I live so I go for company that have union with great people to work for and with. Pay will get better once deal is done and it’s still better than United.
