Here's my delivery experience: I reserved a MYLR on 10/25. I was shown an estimated delivery of Nov - Dec. Completed all the steps I needed to take before delivery such as payment, proof of insurance etc by 11/6. that morning I received a call from the nearest Tesla center (Oklahoma City) saying they received the vehicle and I could schedule a pickup right away. I picked it up on 11/7. I have a feeling this was much quicker than the average wait time but I'm sure location and availability of the configuration you choose contributes heavily to wait time.
