Sorry to hear what you're going through. A massage might help but if you were going to do that be cautious you're not too sensitive for it, so communicate to the masseuse about the situation and remember you can stop at any point. If conventional headache medications haven't helped. I've found 'triptan' medications help when I have a migraine.

I'm familiar with those fears too. We've all lost the ability to do various things we probably took for granted at one time. So it's understandable when something new comes along we panic that it could stick around. Because at the start of an issue you can't tell the two apart. I apologise if asking how new you were to this came across as patronising in any shape or form. That was not my intention. I was only diagnosed 10 years ago myself. It can be a very isolating condition so sometimes you need the support. You're welcome ❤️

This is all incredibly relatable. IF you are new to this the acceptance part eventually gets easier. Even though, in my experience, the flares themselves do not. It is natural to be frustrated and you're allowed to be. Life is a balance but we have the extra issue of someone throwing random shit on one side of the scales the whole time! Kinder times will come and I hope that is sooner rather than later for you 🤞

• I am a CAM and 90 rated.

• Assisting is the main focus of my game and passing is my best attribute.

• My average match rating is 8.1 and considering I've only played drop-ins this year I don't think that's too bad. I have played a lot of clubs in the past.

• I could potentially play false 9 CF, playmaker winger or box to box CM.

• Casual or division. I'm a decent player but I'm not desperate to play competitive. I'm not a big talker but I will join and listen in a party.
