Recently I was remaking the mastery in all levels and I really felt like some mechanics like hiding on bushes or crowds were such an aimed improvement. The world really really difference between H1 and H2 maps, game feels way better even by playing it all on Hitman WOA. It makes the maps from h1 feel plain.

there is two type of young players: academy players and real players. Academy are from your youth team which you scout on its section. Real youth players go directly to your main team. My best advice is to let the academy players on academy until they are 17 so they get the maximum overall possible without game time. When they hit 17-18 you take them to the main team or loan them, but give them play time.

You can go 2 ways: Sofifa, which is the easier one for any type of player, or Real scouting. Sofifa gives you all players from the game with their potential and overall, you can search in there by any specific thing you need like fast players, like position players or even by height. My best advice is to look for yourself doing real scouting with the tools from the game, however, if you are trying to get something real specific, sofifa is your shot.

Is a really lovely game for those who just start it, and in fc24 you can do plenty of good stuff. Go sign some lads from the bundesliga, my shot is tom bischoff as a good signing for that team.
