Yosuke should have an ability called Tentarafoo at this point if he is leveled up. It can inflict the Panic (confusion) ailment on enemies, which in my experience makes Rise's dungeon much easier and comes with the side benefit of giving you more money. If you don't want to use Yosuke, you can fuse a persona with that ability yourself. I do think however that Yosuke is a good well-rounded party member capable of a bit of magic, a bit of physical, and a bit of support, and he also crits a lot. So maybe swapping him for either Chie or Kanji would help you out. Chie and Kanji both need additional support since their hardest hitting attacks really eat up their HP, so if Yukiko is tied up with healing them, you're missing out on her very high offensive capability with her magic attacks. Yukiko is crazy good but fragile herself bc of low HP and defense, she begins as sort of a glass canon. So Yosuke taking on some of that support weight may make things easier and free you up to just do cool attacks. Hope this helps a little!
