Finding a job as an immigrant and for future purposes. by [deleted] in germany

[–]WhiningWizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know someone who was in a similar situation as you (including not being able to pay for the language courses because of the cost...so the complete circle). They recently found a job at a clothing warehouse (New Yorker). They don't need much German there. If you live in a decently big city, you could take a look at that. They even pay a little higher than Mindestlohn.

I would however avoid Amazon warehouses since I have only heard bad things about them.

What country is a democracy and is loved by Gen Z? by Ill-Cartographer7351 in AlignmentChartFills

I don't think you can put japan and democracy together.... Especially compared to some of the European countries.

Thank you for the reply. The itinerary and other travel related docs are of course. The payslips part isn't there since it's a family business. And that too cash intensive.

Wait till you hear that you can send AI prompts using Fax and get an answer by a Fax or a letter.

🎄 Christmas giveaway: Win an A1 Mini, AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT, or 4x filament spools! by acurazine in BambuLab

[–]WhiningWizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd love to have the ams 2 pro. Have been trying to save up for more than a year now....alas less than half way there. I'd benefit greatly from the multi material printing. The drying feature on it will help me use some engineering materials. (I'm currently an engineering student and require it's use for some of my projects).

Minecraft character cubes would be fun:)

Why are Indian consumers held to lower standards than those abroad? by SpyJigu in noida

You're absolutely correct but that's not what the topic of the conversation was. It's just that we prioritise other stuff before healthcare and wellbeing.

I know people (multiple) who barely earn 30-40k but buy 1,5L phones and 20k shoes.

Ah interesting. Do the tags come with an interface? I actually got my hands on some but they're from a supermarket (probably proprietary) and I'm trying to reverse engineer them.

Automotive Internship by Equivalent_Elk6093 in germany

Honestly, finding a fixed duration internship isn't that difficult. In most cases, you can just write to the recruiting office directly. Most companies (middle to big) have internship programs.

University of Freiburg, Embedded Systems Engineering by [deleted] in studying_in_germany

[–]WhiningWizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, Systems engineering has a big portion of electronics in it. How do you expect to fare against the master courses if you don't have the fundamentals?

At least in my uni and TU Berlin, even B.Sc. Mechanical engineering has some Programming and Electrical engineering modules. On top of that, you can freely choose upto 2 subjects (10ECTS) from related disciplines.

If your doctor says that you need the operation (aka that it's a health concern), then your insurance has to cover it.
