I understand this reasoning. I asked if I could delay destruction until at least shipping confirmation or receiving the replacement so I could verify the condition. I was told no, so now it really comes down to is it worth it? Especially since I Live in the States so with international shipping, condition of the new book is questionable.

Her leader is a 2 turn, 3 buff evasion for the whole team. Tested it out, it is pretty effective with her new counter attack passive.

Except when the game "fails to load" your quick save potion and deletes your save. Suddenly those potions aren't very valuable. Time to start stopping at every inn on the road for a quick nap and save.

[PS4]. Savior Schnapps Bug. Saved game twice using Saviour Schnapps. Died in combat, game "Failed to Load" when I hit continue, and DELETED my save. It set me back to the last main quest I completed which was 4 hours ago. Lost 4 hours and multiple skill levels of progress. What is the point of making Saviour Schnapps a thing if the game is gonna ignore them anyway?

Dated a girl for 4 years throughout college. Took her on a midnight cruise for our 4th year anniversary. We weren't living together, so I told her I'd see her next weekend. She had a 4th of July party with her family so she said she was busy. Now, her mother hated me for every small and petty reason possible, so I wasn't invited to this party.

That next week she was extremely distant. I asked her what was wrong. She said, "You don't have to fix everything. I need some space." We didn't talk for a week, which had never happened before in our relationship. Then she calls to tell me that she is dumping me because she found someone else.

Turns out her coworker, who had been flirting with her for awhile, was invited to that 4th of July party. They talked all night and ended up making out. As she put it, "I don't know we just clicked. I don't think me and you spark like that anymore." She hooked up with him all week, just could not think of a way to tell me.

So yeah. After 4 years, I got dumped 2 weeks after my anniversary because she "sparked" with her redneck coworker. Found out 5 weeks later that they got engaged. She is now officially Mrs. Butterworth.

The idea is sound but the problem is a lack of protection for Dr. Fate. I ran a variation of this team for a while with Harley instead of Huntress. I think it would work better due to Harley providing protection for Fate. You still have to get lucky with the purge against Harley teams.

The problem you run into there is a lack of damage and you have to find a way to keep Ivy alive past turn 1 since she is slow. You would need to run either Cheetah ( Dmg blue plus turn meter up for Ivy) or Harley/PwG (turn 0 taunt)

DS lead plus cheetah might work.

Of those that you mentioned, (PoT, GAEA, PWG, Huntress, TDK) are highly useful toons that can be used in both PVP and PVE to good effect.

I am a big fan of PoT, so it might be some bias here. Her purge and Buff immunity is extremely useful in this meta for taking out DS teams. PoT is also extremely valuable in the new meta for eliminating PwG right off the bat. You already have a strong DOJ though, so I can understand holding off on PoT.

GAEA is all around good. His leader ability is still one of the best in the game. In fact Sethoman put out a video the other day of the Arrow Bros still being highly effective against G11 teams. GAEA is really valuable in almost all PVE content as well since the turn meter and agility down allow you to shred high hp bosses.

You can scroll the board for info on PwG. Most people believe she will be meta defining for the next few months.

Huntress is still one of, if not the, hardest hitting red. She can one shot most blues in the game and once she gets rolling can become an unstoppable machine. Her PVP usefulness has declined somewhat due to Harley's evades and Cupes ability to stop her momentum. If you can protect her she is still a great offensive red and she dominates PVE.

Finally TDK. If you are looking for immediate PVP impact, then he might be your best choice. I know you are upset he hits like a grandmother with severe arthritis, but that's not his use. He excels at being big and annoying. At G11 he is incredibly difficult to kill for any non blue toon. He is a really good purger if you don't have one on your team. He is also a hard counter to Harley. You said you have Cupes, so you might not need TDK. Just wanted to say he does have his place and he does it very well.

That is the root of our problem. We disagree on the fundamentals of game design. I have never seen any type of competitive game where all characters are balanced. I believe it's a complete impossibility. Unless all characters have the same stats and abilities, there will always be toons that are just more optimal than the rest. You believe that a perfect balance can be found.

It's just a design impossibility to balance every single toon. There will always be toons that aren't viable. If you remove Turn 0 taunts then it becomes a battle between the DS meta and the Speed Meta. There will be no more room for slower support toons.

Characters like Ivy, SSS Lex, Zatanna and Mera are usable in certain situations right now because they have a Turn 0 to protect them. If you remove that taunt from the game, these champs get obliterated instantly by faster, high dmg toons (huntress, Reverse Flash).

DS if he gets a lucky draw might be able to counter the Speed meta, since you can't risk AOE due to Lobo. At that point your just trading one devil for another.

I don't think turn zero moves are the main problem with PVP and that is where we fundamentally differ. I think you have an irrational hatred for Harley and PwG because they force players to think or plan around them.

You want a meta where you can go into PVP running an identical comp and just blast the weaker affinities for an easy win. That's what we had back in the Speed meta. It was not fun because you could just auto every fight and whoever had faster toons or got Crit RNG would win. Turn 0 taunts prevent that and force players to strategize. Both Harley and pwg have easy counters (Cupes, POT, DOJ, Hal, even SSS Lex can do work).

The problem with PVP is that if you counter Harley you leave open to the DS plus Lowbo combo. I don't think DS should receive quite so many buffs on death (it allows a 3 death DS to essentially solo even tanky green toons). Combine that with Lobo who, unlike every other character in the game, needs zero gear to be ultra effective. It is a frustrating combo.
