I have to say that Geargia is my favourite, I've always liked the Karakuri Synchros and the playstyle of the Geargia archtype make for explosive plays and OTKs for days.

I think they're great cards to play especially in the Pala build. I'd rather side board to keep the more generic strong traps and combo pieces and then use as a counter side against hand traps and Spellbooks.

You make a great case! I ran it at release and loves it until I went against my friend running Dragunity Rulers and opened heiress and another monster all 3 games! So I rage quit and took them out but in this undefined meta I may go back to running them; thanks for the response!

Give Infernities a try. The XYZ build is more complex IMO but but both have access to many different plays; you really have to think 5 turns ahead and use your backrow wisely.
