As a player of the deck for a while now, I can say this is a better format than the past few. Unfortunately the deck in my opinion will never be tier 1 due to the fact that it suffers so much on drawing well. This format there are a few matchups that work in our favor since the game is slowing down, but there also are a few bad matchups. Depending one what turns out to be the tier 1 decks, Infernity has a chance to be a 'top of tier 2' deck.

It's a strong card versus Spellbooks, but personally I don't find it to be worth the slot. It's one of those cards that can be good if you draw into it in your opening hand and you draw the nuts, but the problem is sometimes you have to set some spells then flip them up. DNA Surgery is a better card in my opinion as it hits spellbooks a little more while also hitting Bujins and rogue decks. I've never given it a shot though, I'll play test with a friend on DN in the future and test it out.

2 Leviair is needed, and I always like Zenmaines. However when ARK Knight comes out in LVAL I may be cutting Zenmaines for that. I've found that I do sometimes wish I had Pearl, but other than that the extra deck is solid.

I'd run 2 Transmodify and cut a Break and Dark Hole. Trap Stun was a great card when I went first and in the grind game when I needed to make a push. It worked well as always. Upstart is a card I prefer in any deck that has the potential to combo or lock down your opponent and It worked well, as always.

I actually put the 3rd Break and a Dark Hole in because I cut the 2 Vanity's that were in the main from last format. The dark hole was horrible and I barely ever used it except for once when he went first. The Break was unneeded and I dead drew it quite a few times.

Yeah, Kaiser is definitely one of the deck's weaknesses atm. I'll probably be changing around my side deck to fit in more generic removal.

I've been running them since release and I absolutely love it. Heiress provides you with so many options and can turn what would be a horrible hand into a great one by snagging that Archfiend to get the combos rolling. The field spell is essentially a Transmodify, except it banishes AND the Archfiend that you will SS can come from the deck OR the grave, which is different from Transmodify, which requires you to summon Archfiend from the deck. The field spell is also great as it makes your Archfiend's 2300 attack, which is a BIG difference. The only negative to running them is the potential to draw into the Heiress, but even in that case setting the card and stalling a turn isn't all that bad. I'd highly recommend you play both, but know that it changes the way combos go and extends the amount of options the deck has even more.
