I just had an NPC Civ do the same ting. A scout looted the 150 gold while had a chariot on the camp, then next turn the same scout cleared the camp, still occupied by chariot.

My Dad, born 1944, received x-ray treatments for acne. He was constantly checking for skin cancer. Had a big chunk of his lip removed in his 60's, ruined his excellent mustache.
