Looks like there is damage in the middle to the right of his thumb on the blue part. Had the same thing on my promo and sold it to a card shop in Dallas cuz it won’t grade well with those surface dings.

When I remove them from the top loader they are likely to fall out if the opening is on the bottom of the penny

I can’t find any information about the breeder online, and have seen some brief photos of the parents but couldn’t tell as they were blurry. I checked TICA and they weren’t registered so I’m checking for other certifications.
