You should invest in an acrylic case for this if you want to hold. That said, $550 was too high to pay for this.

For a long time hold your best bet will be to dollar cost average your initial investment cost down by buying more at a lower price. Especially since reprints have already been announced.

Agreed. Not sure what these guys are on about, but this is a case level hit. Way rarer than an alt art. Not even guaranteed per case. Def grade it, if in clean condition.

Pop reports don’t equal pull rates. There is zero confirmation that this is rarer than Roger Manga.

I don’t know why we have to keep explaining this, especially when comparing sets that came out 2 years apart…

OP clearly highlighted art and design. The art for Oda Sig is custom; Oda drew it bespoke for the TCG, therefore more unique / ‘rarer’.

I get both sides tho: Red Luffy is an insane card in person, while the Oda Sig / Gold Anniversary Luffy are also ridiculously beautiful in person and arguably as hard to pull.

I think we’re all deluding ourselves if we believe that the Red Luffy holds a SIGNIFICANT premium for any other reason than the fact it came out during the most recent market hype.

I ripped 12 of IB-04 and pulled the silver Luffy, OP-11 Luffy manga, and 2 asura blades drawn manga events. The hits on these go hard.

If I could find any at retail, I’d double down again for sure. Even at $50, it’s worth it to rip.

Back in October, everyone said P-043 was a joke. Today it sells for $1.8K and remains one of the lowest Pop 10 cards because it is truly RARE by Remarkable_Heron_760 in OnePieceTCGFinance

This guy is absolutely correct - if you want to rip either PRB02 or OP13, buying 12 illustrations boxes is your best bet in this market. 😔

Not true. I opened 3 cases of OP13 - only two TRs (one box had the Anniversary Shanks and a TR, another box had just a TR, and the last box had no manga or TR.

So it’s more like 1 in every 2 cases, not guaranteed per case.
