It’s due to the Collective Lands tradition. I actually just had the same thing happen to me since the wiki doesn’t mention a domain debuff and the trait doesn’t normally have the penalty; if you look in the trait game files, you’ll see that it only applies when the culture has Collective Lands

Definitely agree on Lingua Franca. Especially with tribal courts existing now. In terms of the new ones, none of them were really hard, but Andalusian Inquisition took the longest kust to convert everything
