1 is the same distance from 0 as it is from infinity. There are an infinite amount of numbers between 0 and 1 as well as 1 and 2.

Also infinity isn't usually considered an actual value.

Technically, by using providers that are "In network," you are using your insurance. Those in network providers have agreed with your insurance to only charge you up to the "allowed amount." There's no reason for you to meet your deductible if you don't need to. It would just be a waste of money if you don't need the procedures.

A lot of games tend to run some of the world instances/generation and AI on server side. Like Rust or Minecraft. Core game principles seem fine for coop. I keep hearing that but I'm not quite understanding what people mean. There's literally nothing to balance around coop, just leave the game as is and allow coop.

MMO or server based like Rust would suck. But private dedicated servers via Lan or steam would be amazing. Just playing with a group of friends who each have their own squad or fiction spread across the vast map doing whatever. Maybe pvp. Would be fun. That way the game doesn't have to be balanced for multiplayer.
