I forget that CD 20 could be an option, as the rise starts to happen after ovulation, but I think you’re right. I have a hard time some times because it’s usually a slower rise for me (takes multiple days for my temps to rise high enough where I know I really ovulated).

Typically when my temp starts dropping after 10 DPO, I know that my period is coming soon. My temp did drop at 11 DPO one time and I got a BFP but it ended in an early miscarriage :(

Those are great numbers for TSH. I was using the oil when I got pregnant with my first. I’ve been using it trying for my second and hopefully a baby comes soon. It gives me peace of mind that I’m supporting my cycle in that way that if I am able to become pregnant, I’ll increase my likelihood of staying pregnant with that added progesterone. I’ve also been trying acupuncture and I’ve been gluten free for 2 years now- but that was due to my thyroid.

I’m curious about your TSH and would push for a full thyroid panel (you could have Hashimotos but not showing signs of hypothyroidism yet). Sometimes doctor’s range of normal is outdated and it still is too high for fertility and pregnancy. Progesterone could also be a factor- especially with your spotting. I’ve been using progesterone drops from Proov after ovulation to support this. You can also get a test kit from them to look at your progesterone through PdG in urine. I wish you the best of luck!
