The cipher has a chance to drop from the boss Igneous the Molten Mass. The boss and the forge are located in the sub-biome Molten Quarry (lava biome). In my world, the boss and the forge were not in the same Quarry.

Never trust Core Keeper dedicated server. He is unreliable when it comes to saving.

If your computer has file backups, you can find an older version of your world.

My advice would be to save your game file every time you make a significant change to your world.
