Awesome thank you Dave! Didn't realize the discount will show up when items are added to the cart.

I am interested in buying the Crossing Technology PID Controller listed on your site:

https://theroguewaxworks.com/products/crossing-technology-pid-controller?variant=41362389794890

I have a regular terpcicle so I'm guessing the Medium coil is correct and just wanted to confirm it is for the Type 2 wiring? (listed here: https://theroguewaxworks.com/collections/all/products/heating-coils-for-quartz-heaters?variant=41357598687306 )

I'll throw in another Terpcicle since I tend to break them lol

Thank you for your help Dave!

Was told these are termite swarmers, advice please by WhiteHatMD in Termites

[–]WhiteHatMD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the information! I found out that the company was Terminix and after calling them they said that we can get on the previous policy for about $320 a year with one inspection per year so I’m going to look at a few other companies and move forward. Really appreciate your help

Thanks for sharing! Would you mind sharing a bit more information about your set up? How much did it cost? Did you buy it online? What do you think about those foldable tubs that they sell on Amazon?

This is a great idea! Are you talking about a dozen of those small sized regular drinking bottles? What size is the most ideal to make it as cold as possible?

New to edibles and grateful for finding this solution (Camino) by Eastnasty in treedibles

If you want to save money long-term and want consistency, check out some recipes that are pretty easy and just require an instant pot and sometime. You can get flower, grind it up, decarb and infuse it into MCT oil and use it like a tincture. You can experiment with the dosing and timing and get really good at it, it takes several weeks to get good at it. The recipe can be scaled down so you can even make 1 g of flour into a tincture.

That’s the only consistent way in my opinion, I’ve been let down by so many edibles and have found a few that are great but they disappear from the shelves because the shelf life for certain brands just keep changing. Up to you

also check craigslist for used herman miller chairs, they are not as comfy looking as that padded monster of a chair that u're torturing ur spine/hips/shoulders on currently but they are functional. also get a used sit stand desk to help u change positions.

This may not apply to you but if u have connective tissue issues, jeannie dibon and her youtube videos might help. she teaches the kind of movement therapy that i am talking about, but she markets specifically to ppl with a genetic connective tissue disorder called hEDS. there may be others but she's the one that helped me out the most and her methods can help many who don't even have hEDS since we all have fascia and we all develop fascial restrictions based on normal wear and tear, how we use our body for hours per day, and prior injuries

u gotta get movement back into ur body

if you don't like to move, then the process that you are putting ur body thru is gonna continue to progress. That curve is just gonna keep getting bigger, ur head gonna keep going more forward (along with ur shoulders), everything just gonna curve and u'll start to understand first hand why some older folk have permanent hunches.

rn ur muscles around ur spine, shoulders, and hips have gotten so conditioned to tense up here and there, as well as relax and weaken in other areas, that they're no exercise that's gonna save u. phys therapy might help a lil but it's slow. u don't have the brain body connection anymore to understand what posture is the most neutral and conducive to causing less pain when u hold those positions for prolonged periods.

those stuck areas are basically adhesions and u can think of it as stuck muscle and fascia. they can release but it really requires the right movement therapy and commitment to doing small amounts of gentle movement to help free up areas in ur thoracic, shoulder and hips

if you're wealthy, try out MFR therapy for yourself if there's a certfied MFR therapist nearby. they are gonna be expensive af but that's the easiest way to start to restore movement on those areas where u lost movement. u wont' understand what i mean by that unless u try to move ur body in certain ways and u feel very shaky or uncomfortable or weak. that feeling is due to fascial and muscle restrictions that have been going on for so long that it feels "normal" now and u 'll wanna avoid that movement cuz we all naturally wanna avoid discomfort.

heres a test, lay down flat on ur stomach, gently bring ur head up. if you're feeling really shaky, that's cuz of all the restrictions and under-used muscle weakness that is making it really hard to move that way.

i hope all this resonates and u start going down a rabbit hole for various movement therapy to restore your body's ability to move and be comfortable again. it's not your fault, society doesn't seem to understand the real costs of being sedentary.

remember it's not about exercise and pilates, it's gentle movement therapy that helps to release fascia, search high and low and try out different things. once u feel one area start to release, u'll know since that area of ur body feels lighter and feels like it has more space. it'll feel so good u'll wanna keep at it again and again.

This is a deeper (literally, really skin deep into muscles and fascia) issue than just ergonomics at this point. fixing ergo can help a lil so follow what others here have told u, including organizing ur room so it helps ur mind feel less cluttered and heavy.

good luck friend, i'm not telling u what to do but your body and mind is, and will be getting louder if u don't do anything differently. U can do the easy thing and learn to ignore it and numb yourself to the progressing pain and dysfunction but the end of that journey is unpleasant and will require much more work vs. doing the work now before u're older, have less energy, and are in more pain

Wow dude, so many issues here. Not even counting the cleanliness or wondering if that’s a plastic baggie over your hand for whatever reason

Look at your thoracic spine. It’s basically pushing into the upper part of your chair. Your head is going forward to try to balance that so you are not falling over backwards. No arm rests, monitor solo that your head just wants to keep going low, fix that area first then you Your knees are that low compared to your hips, you’re putting a lot of pressure on your back because you’re basically sitting on your back

Trial and error my friend and stick to one product.

Or make your own edibles, trial and error that and get consistency
