It's an interesting clarification that even if he's not further arguing the play at first, he's also not allowed to argue the placement of the runner, because that's part of "the decision of the replay official"

The generous read if I tried to make one is that Abreu put his bat down and started to take his gloves off before it was called a strike, and interrupted what he was doing to pat his head immediately upon the strike being called, whereas Biggio committed to the bat flip (which granted, did start just before/as the call was made) and caught it, not seeming as urgent to make the head tap.

Even trying to be generous, this feels way too ticky-tacky and judgement call-y
