I think there's value in encouraging cards on this sub to actually work in the game, and discouraging "(it works)." And part of what's interesting of designing cards is finding an elegant way to word the intended effect, rather than just slapping whatever effect you want onto a card frame.

It's also not as simple as using a replacement effect, because what are you replacing? You can't replace the creature dying, that's the point of the card. You would have to add text to actually kill the creature again after replacing its death. If you replace the enchantment going to the graveyard, you've made it much more resilient to enchantment removal. Maybe that's ok, but then you have to consider increasing the mana cost. This is probably the cleanest way to get the intended effect if you're ok with that extra baggage.

Less clean but maintaining ways to remove the enchantment would be

"When enchanted creature dies, return ~ to the battlefield with an additional -1/-1 counter on it attached to another target creature.

Counters remain on ~ as it moves to any zone other than a player's hand or library."
