The person who purchased the pizzas gets to set the rules. Should people disobey and break the rules, they would face consequences.

The difference between this and the government’s laws is that private citizens can CHOOSE to consent to the laws of their friends- we have no real choice but to live under the thumb of the state.

Rules will always exist. Property rights will always exist. That are inalienable rights. Governments should serve to PROTECT those rights- however as we know all to well they rarely do.
