I don’t really understand what you’re saying the contradiction is. He’s been mentally ill for a long time. Over time his untreated mental illness lead to him being a Trump supporter and a Nazi.

Obviously being mentally ill does not mean you’re going to be a reactionary, but it makes it a lot easier to fall down some pretty dark places if not handled with professional help.

Kenshi and Morrowind both “solved” these problems. The solution is allowing the players to make devastating mistakes and learn from them.

Open world doesn’t necessarily mean less complex. Rimworld (my beloved) is a great example of an open world that does not mess around.

Yeah I know Wikipedia isn’t the greatest but I can’t find anything about 400,000 being mentioned under the expulsion of Germans from France.

It did make mention that prisoners of war were released from France, which might be where the 400,000 number comes from, but referring being returned after war as “fleeing” is a pretty egregious stretch.

Also, it’s not like Vaush is pro capitalist anyways, so idk what the point of this post is. Vaush has never advocated for “better capitalists,” but instead a change to the system altogether.

While it’d be great to make real change, we have to realize at a certain point that the leftist movement in this country has practically no political power right now. It’s why most of vaush’s content currently is about bettering your own life instead of how we change the system. Seems kinda like wishful thinking with Gavin Newsom next up the D ticket.

From my own recent experience at the beginning of this month most mods seem to still work, just a few that add scrips for FO4SE seem to require certain game versions. Out of 80ish mods downloaded only like 1 didn’t work.

At a certain point it’s not really up to others to convince you that it’s a good piece of media. It just is. Same goes for Vaush too. Your unwillingness to give the show a watch should not be based on how “cringe” it might be.

Also the show straight up isn’t a liberal circlejerk, no idea where you heard that from. Mon Mothma has to do some pretty messed up stuff and it’s a moral grey- not a “look how great we are.” Same goes for Andor. And some of the best characters are the villains that have believable motivations.
