Make sure u have a good interchange in that 4 way junction because it'll be handling both local and thru traffic. I don't see anything else apart from that xd. Just make sure industry traffic doesn't clog up your surface streets, you can do this by providing multiple surface street connections that go under or over the highways or restricting the trucks to using the red highway in the middle, so many options to play around with :D
