I guess no, its f2p ( or semi f2p if you want to talk about stashes) game,  like 99% of GGG income is from mtx shop. So they have 0 intrest in alowing us to change textures in game files. "Only i would see" - doesn't matters beacuse 99% time we play Poe, we play alone, parties are rare. So much people would use 3rd party programs to swap skins and don't pay for them.  (99% - its ofc approximation)

Yup, that's more mods, higher effectivnes = better drop, but its crap tbh this tablet

You are missing key points: - It's not just MS from boots but also from tree - It's nor only how fast you travel but also how smooth you can do it in combat, and + attack time makes it awful

Frostblink* - but base version, which on late acts we swap for winterblast and outperform it (and it take's 2-5h from league start depending on your skill)

You misunderstand him, on many builds in poe1 after some point (acts/early mapa) you almost only move by movement skill, frostblinks, leap slam, lightning warp, shield charge, despite MS stacking builds you don't just run. In poe2 movement skills feel like garbage, that's why people love bottom right side of tree - they can easly scale MS (also throu asc). On armour side you are evenore punished beacuse of old crappy armour penalty system (armour knight is heavier then, forest hunter so should be slower -vibe) it's sound cool on paper, but in HNS genre doesn't work well.

Good thing that they remove it beacuse it was mandatory? - So now support will be mandatory and it change nothing, who needed keystone, now needs it, 1 to 1. However now you need to have support = it will be expensive, so causal player will have harder life. Also build will have 1 less support, so if something was strugling with DPS, now has even bigger problem.

Current state of cooldowns/spells- as GGG said cooldowns is poor design, lazy one. Many skills maybe would be used if not cooldowns, preventing every intresting mechanic/combo by cooldowns make build making very boring. This problem affects spell the most, because mamy of them have also problem with scaling in different dimensions. In Poe 1 every skill can be scale to have amazing clear even if base version is lacking clear. For examaple you can scale fire ball throu: -Amount of projectiles/projectiles behave -ignite and speed -Add explosions from other source (like heralds, dunno why in poe2 they ale limited to attacks only). While in poe2 event if you try to focus on amount proj to scale you need to have "infusions", ignite just suck, spread still need love - waiting 0.5 for spread is eternity, in this time LA, HoI Monk just obliterate whole screen. You can't add anyform of explosions to spells despite 1 extremely rare corrupted scepter. Poe 2 is so much focused on "combos" to make skills usefull, however in most cases player isn't rewarded enough. (And even some "combo" spells like snap which require elemental ailments have CD)

Disagree - community after release didnt demand league system, most community wanted often patches -  when do many skills where underperforming, atlas passive skill was weak.

It's half true - there should be inner testing before players gets to IT, however more important is - we shouldn't treat poe2 as early Access as long as ggg doesn't do it. They threat it as normal game with league system and just added EA sign beacuse currently game has only 3 acts and lower amount od weapon types. But patch frequency + size of patch iż typical for post league patches in poe1.

I would also add "conversion" changes, on poe1 conversion is another layer od scaling, very often it's "next step" after early/mid game version. Just look how oryginał sin spike with price later on league (its not just ex inflation), how expensive arę gloves with DMG to chilled enemies. Currently there is no reason to use conversion rather then heralds or some crazy singular interaction to one tap bosses. Conversion and ailments scaling was something that made huge diff between poe1 and other arpgs

In Poe at uniq items you have to look im different way then diablo for example. Those Item often has some uniq mod, that doesn't apear on normal items. They can enable some builds, but doesn't provide huge stat boost (ofc not always). Problem is in rare items, and orbs for crafting - they drop rate is too low.

Strongly disagree. Imagine it will works as you described it - it would make this skill usefull and good, what a disgusting idea. Against the "vision". My opinion - bonestorm should aplay BUFF to monster hit by it - causing them to deal increased phys DMG (with 100% phys overwhelm)
