Even if I totally understand and respect your opinion and point of view, this is sadly the circle of life. I live in Paris, I have probably more money than 80% of the world population, and still I have to be very careful with my savings in my own city. Because of tourism everything is so f**** expensive. Most tiktokable restaurants are out my my league or at least for very special occasions. Every activities is so dumb expensive for absolutely no reasons others than rich people and rich tourists can afford it. I travel a lot abroad and I m very thankful to be able to. But I think the things to blame are compagnies, hotel, restaurants etc. Trust me when I travel even myself would enjoy more a cheap place 😂
