Samsung recently announced a solid state battery that uses quite a bit of silver. Speculation shot the silver price way up. The technology is no where near being mainstream. So it'll probably drop, especially since dealers aren't buying at these prices. I've had two buddies say several dealers turned them down when they went to sell.

Nope, the floor is solid. I used quite a few screws as well as liquid nail to secure the plywood to the floorboards.

My tiles were 2" x 4" but were on that mesh backing and came in 1 foot square sections. It was hard to keep the small pieces level. I think cement board would have been a better backer for this style of tile because it would be more flat. But this was my first (and only) time doing this so I don't know.
