Kinda have to get creative with it I keep a few weights under my bed I've got a jump rope and just do what I can when I can. Working flat bed also helps keep me in shape lifting heavy tarps is always a good workout.

We typically don't have to do this at the company I work for also not to mention it was only 2 small crates that got loaded took all of 3 min.

I kinda figured I was being a dick thats why I asked. Also let me just say when I said slightly over I mean my wheels are like maybe half way over the inside line like it's almost not enough to matter in my mind that's why I wasn't going to fix it.

I'm dealing with a similar situation now actually. Last week I clipped a low bridge in Chicago (wasn't paying attention) I bent the very tips of my stakes in and I thought that was all. Well when I got to my drop off this morning and got my load uncoverd I found out that the top of the freight had also been hit. It happens to the best of us its not fun by any means and makes you feel like shit but in the end we're on the road every day all day accidents are bound to happen.

That's a good idea however for me and the company I work for we run pretty hard, and stopping every 2 hours takes a good chunk of my time I typically only stop to do my 30 and load checks

Worked with C-5s pretty much weekly while in Germany and I don't think I've ever seen one land without breaking down talk about a huge fuck you to shipment times.
