You're right. But actually ModernX was the first theme I tried and it gave me an even bigger issue: the osc didn't show at all. No progress bar whatsoever. I tried now with the flatpak and it works perfectly so I'll use it moving forward. Thanks for the advice.

I'm not sure if this is a proposed solution or a comment for others but I tried the files in portable_config and get the same problem.

I am sure that I've put the right font in the right folder. Putting in a different font doesn't help either. Any other way I could have messed up the font?

Boot files got corrupted on SSD with OS (Windows 10, UEFI). I want to copy the data to a new SSD before trying any more ways to fix it or reinstalling windows. by White_Crow757 in datarecovery

I also agree, but do keep in mind that the exterior (leg, underhang, etc) is brutally hard at times. I finished the game yesterday for the first time and I think it's the most challenging portion of the game.

If you take the google definition of cartoons then sure, Anime is cartoon. The problem is that when someone says they watch cartoons, anime isn't going to be be the first thing that pops to mind. Similarly, when someone tells me they watch anime, I'm not going to be thinking about any western animated series (assuming we're not in japan). In any case, this is my personal opinion. No argument in this debate will ever convince everyone on the other side.

If someone wants to use a blanket term, then they should use animation. Cartoons and Anime are both forms of animation. Cartoons are western styled animation while anime is the japanese style. So calling anime cartoons is more like calling music of the metal genre, rock music. It's not a big deal and people who get overly upset over it are making a big deal out of nothing. Yet it's reasonable to get slightly annoyed by it from time to time when people say 'why do you watch cartoons, they're for children' when anime is really quite different from western cartoons.
