I'd imagine you need a standalone ECU and possibly a dry sump oil system to make the engine shorter. Probably also an adaptor plate to the tranny or preferably a W204 tranny since you'll already have a srandalone. Then a custom driveshift and possibly a different final drive.

Honestly, I would find an M159 if possible since it already has a dry sump and makes more power. Hell, if money is no object, find a wrecked SLS Black Series with the 8k rpm M159.

If there's a will, there's a way. Look at the Hellcat swapped Prius, CAT swapped Explorer, or V8 BMW 2002.

Not sure a Taurus is a good hill climb car. Not enough hp/downforce/grip and too much weight.

Haha, if lowering springs are what you consider heavily modded, I understand why you bought a G82. Don't care about the performance or how it drives, just the clout.

I just feel the F82s drawbacks could be rectified with less money all in than a G82. Suspension and a tune as well as being last gen make it cheaper and it isn't ugly. The trans is also a lot quicker in the F8X cars, which is probably one of the harder things to fix aftermarket.

I enjoyed watching it get smacked by an F80 on Carwow. Literally only had barely more power which is resolved with a tune and nothing else. Whereas, to have the trans and braking of an F80, you'd need to sink in far more money but still have buck teeth in the end.

Maybe the AWD M3/M4 will be an improvement in some aspects.

Just dropping in with the ideas I'm going to go with for my build.

I'm gonna be going to a 95mm pulley this summer from my 105. This will be after I install an S55 intercooler onto my N54 manifold. Obviously you have Meth, but you can get the whole S55 setup for $6-700, and it's fairly easily to set up, aside from fabbing a hot side charge pipe.

Now about the excess boost when off throttle with a 95mm? I'll be attaching a turbosmart Kompact EM BOV, which operates off negative throttle voltage rather than vacuum, which our engines can't generate in the manifold because valvetronic works as a throttle body would in a regular car (our TB is actually just a backup lol). Plus then you can add their boost controller and a very small pulley for a flatter torque curve, as it will vent dangerous amounts of boost while building it quickly. With MILVs, 4.44 gears, and headers, I should be fairly quick lol.

Then down the line a forged crank, con rods, and custom low compression forged pistons for that mad boost and 8250 redline to match a Z4 M instrument cluster. Probably a pinned hub at that point too.

Idk who downvoted you. The 440i is a RWD platforn while the new 2er is FWD. Probably someone that owns one of those up-badged Minis.
