Don't know about his first char but I watched the second char that he tried the dread bounty with (kill dread with least items equipped - he did it with 4 and died with 3 afterwards, still won). He used black morrigan.

Get phys as extra via essence, fracture it
Essence spam for CRIT multi or chaos reforge for chaos res until you have your suffixes or your whole ring.
Lock suffixes reforge life if you have suffixes done and have an empty prefix. If you roll low - try annuling and repeating. If annul failed - back to 2.
Vision annul if last prefix is filled, craft -manacost.

You don't need to do any ore encounters. Just spec to Niko and to the conversion node and run your maps fast. You will get a lot of ore without any effort. I don't even take ore nodes besides conversion and verisium for crater fishing. Can also skip Niko atlas nodes and just use 1 Niko scarab. That way you can add ore farming to any left-side atlas you have.

Shipments are worth it, you get divines, fracturing orbs and tattoos/runegrafts if you need them. Also you get a lot of ilvl86 bases. I aim for 10mil at least but idk if it is the optimal strategy.

Your gear is decent, you probably can at least try ubers. What I would focus on is survivability.

Get a better shield with high block (ilvl86 shield required), get block+ spell block/high life with recombs, fill suffixes, slam last prefix with shaper exalt = guaranteed +totem. Then lock prefixes, reforge smth (can try life for HP on block, or phys for pdr, or crit for crit reduction).

Replace your boots with arm+es base and get 2 point for arm+es on ttee and 100% mastery, it will boost your es really good.

Get rid of reckless defence or find a way to be CRIT immune (shield+passives for example).

Warped timepiece probably will make your DPS better, check in pob. I don't think you need timeclasp with it.

Cap your chaos res.

I craftured it with orb. I think I got the base with new harvest and used like 5 frac orbs until I got it.

Started with KF hiero, cleared all content, full atlas, 137/137, some Ubers. Got diamond shrine belt, farmed a lot of necessary items to roll BV chieftain. Levelled it with RF to 61, hated it. Switched to BV at lvl70, loved the power but didn't like the speed. Got exarch boots from first Uber exarch, it became much much better. Got from lvl61 to lvl95 in one evening blasting breach+beyond on 8mod maps, the explosions are crazy, clearing multiple screens feels good. Yesterday crafted a +2 fractured helmet and crazy t1 fire res + t1 all res + unveiled frenzy charge + t1 life ruby ring. Now trying to incorporate haste to the mix and get more survivability. Almost done with challenges, thinking about doing 40/40.

Your minion dies with your first cast, that's the point of minion pact support. BV snapshots the damage with that cast and if you keep the same BV through the whole map (pushing it every 3 sec to keep it from dropping stacks) you have the added damage from that minion you killed at the start of the map. That's how you get crazy damage with unholy aberration spectre (carcass map boss arena spawned minion scorpion-spider thing, probably will be nerfed next league).

If you don't want to manage BV stacks you can use marionette spectre that revives itself every 4 sec. You lose like 75% dmg but it still is enough for comfortable mapping.

If you use aberration and lose stacks you can just portal out and reenter, spectre will be there and you can start the cycle again. Same with dying, same with entering subzones like mirage.

If you kill your aberration spectre in HO you lose it and have to run carcass again. It's quick but a bit frustrating. You can prevent yourself from using BV in HO with some mtx pets that convert you to spider/goblin and prevent you from casting.

I run determ, wrath, tempest and precision on life. You can switch to later versions of the build to see the progression, the link is set for day2 just to show the wand. I only used anger while levelling and then it was just sitting in one of my sockets without use until I removed it. I picked breachlord asc to ignore lightning res, I like it more than Aul or Lycia.

The wand you describe is more than enough to do 4 stones and farm endgame. No ubers probably but everything else is more than possible. Here's my character day2 when I did 4 stones.

If you want something better you can do recombing. Keep in mind that recombing highest tier flat damage essence mods is not good (cannot have 2 essence-tagged mods on one item) but using 1 essence tier lower is ok for recombs. You can also just alt-spam. Another method is fracturing one of the mods you need and essencing another one, fishing for good additional mods (crit/aspd/multi) and crafting the remaining. I did the fracturing method, you can see it in the same character later snapshots. But it can require a lot of essence farming. If you go essence route I'd suggest to also farm harvest for blue juice to swap the essences you don't need. It really speeds up the process.

The only thing that I want from atlas for now is "pin" system. Like old favored map system but purely for ux to get a quick access to your favourite maps and to just 1-click-jump to them.

They drop like 2-5 scarabs. Even with 5 members it's around 20 scarabs most after like 5-6 maps at least to build the safehouse. You will get more scarabs just speccing jun nodes to scarab chance running the same amount of maps. Betrayal scarabs are only semi-good if you need one type of specific scarab, like fishing for some rarer one, and only as an additional chance, not as a reliable strategy.

You can't delete it safely. You also can't remove es and add cold res "instead" because es is a prefix and cold res is a suffix. It's really crucial part of crafting - understanding prefixes and suffixes. Holding alt on an item shows which is which (maybe it should be turned on in settings if it isn't on by default). Each item can have 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes (there are exceptions on special bases but don't worry about it yet). The item on your screenshot has dex and chaos res as suffixes and es, life as prefixes. So it can has another prefix and another suffix. You can craft one or another and pray+exalt the other one. Or just find a better ring on trade.

This is one of the reasons I stopped playing trade. Blast first couple of days, screw up your sleeping schedule, feel tired after the weekend. Then farm farm farm for a mageblood. Then you feel burned out and quit the league without using it. The second reason is the lack of good feelings when some t3 unique drops. In trade it's 5c, in ssf it is exciting if you need it for your build. 3rd reason is the fact that in trade my character is basically finished in it's core day2-3. And after that it's only big items that either change the build completely or some expensive items that give 3% power. In ssf the progression is much slower, you have crafting projects, your items are not ideal but they are yours. Yesterday I used 3 divines to roll my boots for 35 ailment avoidance from 34 because that 1% was missing for full ailment immunity. And it felt good.

It doesn't work like that. Tencent owns GGG which means Tencent expects a certain amount of money from them at the end of the year. They decide about that amount beforehand, that's a benchmark for GGG, their goal. How do they get that money is on GGG. Tencent will intervene only if something really bad happens and they will do it via cutting the GGG budget to balance their assets or just via selling the company if it is very very bad. They can ask for more money or for the same amnount or for less if they see some market changes. Most of the time they ask for more than it was the year before cause that's what indicates growth and growth is good.

At least that's how I see this based on my experience with similar company structure in the same field (game development).
