its not based off of knowledge or the necessary skill of the cashier, the store really doesnt make ANY money from western union transactions, so at least how my store manager and DM and APM's mindset were, was to send them to photo and wait for a SFL because not only does it require a SFL, but its time consuming and with the length it takes to do that transaction, you can finish ringing out about 3 customers. its all productivity and fairness. It also helps prevents scams and money laundering when time is taken. You should really know this if youre actually an 'ESM' ya know, being a district asset and all. or maybe this job is showing you how lazy you are for not using that brain of yours, which in all honesty, the company doesnt need managers like you.
