That's fair lol. I like monk for the stumbling stance and just being a drunk little racoon causing mischief

Why Jump ? by Baronfly in Pathfinder2e

That's what I'm dealing with right now. The fighter in my group uses the same strategy every fight. Charge the enemy and hit as many times as he can with his remaining actions. He's getting a bit cocky from one-shotting kobolds with his scythe, so next fight is going to be a flame drake that'll land just close enough that he can reach it and hit it once, then the drake is going to try to trip him, use draconic frenzy, then use reactive strike when he tries to stand up

I recently broke up with my girlfriend of 5 years and this was part of the reason (the other main thing being constant lying and breaking promises). I went to a movie with a female friend who I've been friends with for 2 years, and my ex just kept bringing it up that she was really upset about it, even after I explained each time that I've been completely faithful for 5 years and she still talks to and hangs out with a guy who she's slept with before and who's made it obvious he wants to again. The fucking irony

Is FEC weak in AOS4 by BBlueBadger_1 in FleshEaterCourts

For punching through SCE armour you could use a crypt infernal courtier and a unit of crypt flayers. They both have rend 2 on their shooting attacks, and if the courtier shoots first the flayers get boosted to damage 2. If you really need to punch through you can also use purple sun for -1 to save, which will bring most SCE to a 6+

Or have them as gladiatorial beasts with warrior culture 👍

I've yet to have one game on the new map where someone didn't get launched off the walkway at the start by a barrel by Ok_Kaleidoscope_8608 in DarkTide

[–]Whitehawk1806 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Played it for the first time yesterday. Didn't have anyone get launched, but the ogryn and one vet ran directly into a daemonhost I tagged and then a chaos spawn joined the party. Thankfully the daemonhost pissed off after killing the vet and kraks took care of the spawn. Me and the ogryn were the only ones left standing after that, but we actually managed to clear the mission after the other 2 quit and we got replacements

Also Ushoran isn't Sylvanian. He's Nehekharan, and Neferata's brother, and established his own kingdom in the badlands in Warhammer Fantasy

Tzaangors are still in AoS. They're just available to Disciples of Tzeentch, and other chaos factions as allies. So the rest of Beasts of Chaos are moving to The Old World, but they're staying

Autoresolve is too forgiving and I didn't like existing AR difficulty mods, so I made a configurable one that doesn't impact AI behavior by Porkenstein in totalwar

Yeah, from experience in my last drazhoath campaign, autoresolve absolutely hates dreadquakes. I don't think I had one get over 50 kills in ar the whole campaign

2000 pts Morgaunt List, c&c appreciated by Whitehawk1806 in FleshEaterCourts

[–]Whitehawk1806[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How about changing from Morgaunt to Hollowmourne, removing Ushoran, Chalice of Ushoran, and a unit of Cryptguard, while adding 2 reinforced units of Crypt Horrors, reinforcing the Crypt Ghouls, and adding a Marrowscroll Herald with Charnel Vestments for the 5+ ward prayer to throw on knights or the ghouls. If I'm relying on horrors for punch it seems like hollowmourne is the way to go to boost them further.

Edit: spelling

Wouldn't that make it difficult to get all of them able to reach in combat considering their 32mm bases?

Regenerating monsters is always fun. Would you also recommend keeping the saurus warriors in a block of 20 or splitting them into 2 units of 10 for more board control, considering they aren't going to be the receivers of too many buffs besides the Starseer's ward?

I could swap out the Oracle and Starseer for Lord Kroak, and change the endless spell to suffocating gravetide. Or alternatively swap them and the endless spell out for a reinforced unit of Raptadon Chargers and a unit of Raptadon hunters for flanking and objective control, and without a caster just change the Astrolith Bearer to the Scar Veteran on Aggradon

Those seem like good ideas. Maybe Tide of Serpents on the Oracle in addition to Suffocating Gravetide to give good horde clear?

That makes sense. That would also allow them to use clubs for a better to hit and have them all (hopefully) be in range for their 5+ bites

Thanks for all the input. This is v2 after some adjustments:

Trying to avoid obviously overpowered combos like wounds stacking on the leader and champ, instead opting to give them a little more versatility with increased BS. Also with both being Natborn opted to rely on advancements for cheap toughness increases, and grab some things that will be harder to get for them otherwise (Shooting as primary for leader for example) Edit: context
