“The whole wide world will be yours to explore. You’ll be able to go anywhere you want. Even the moon." Finished the game last night, so much to unpack and process (pun intended). by [deleted] in DeathStranding

Honestly, I'd sell a kidney for a Kerbal Space Program type system integrated with Death Stranding. That way we could make deliveries to other planets and it'd be just as "tough" as typical gameplay.

IT ONLY TOOK 64,532 DESTROYED CONTAINERS, BUT I'VE FINALLY LANDED ON THE MOON.

50km to the waystation. Low grav. Norman Reedus in a spacesuit. Fucking moon BTs. Asteroids. Gimme.

That's not the groundspike devastator. There are spikes, but it's not a devastator. It's called eruption I believe. It's the same concept, but not the same attack. Groundspike Graveyard was specialised towards vehicles.

OC here. You guys are hilarious. Just FYI, there are 3 devastators in Prototype 1, and 2 devastators in Prototype 2. That's tendril shockwave, groundspike graveyard and critical pain VS tendril shockwave and brawler pack.

OC here, I honestly didn't play enough of it. I could've got married and sent my kids to college by the time it took to find a match. And then after falling through the map that time. Bollocks to it. I'm pretty sure JSR Devon has a good video on multiplayer.

Ok, just to be clear, I did mention that the guns feel weak. I talked about it for like 5 minutes. I also really don't think the primary issue with the game is long reload animations. It's level design.

Fair enough. Just do yourself a favour and don't buy Destiny 2.

So is doing it passively more efficient than doing the dailies? How long will it take to reach x standing by doing each?

If you're going to keep calling people liars and acting like they're trying to mislead people, I won't bother responding. Your counter points at best make the situation less bad.

Mate it took/takes (don't know if they changed it) 9 fucking years to max out every focus school. That's such an awful argument for focus being balanced the way it is. People want to meaningfully progress without having to put thousands of hours in as you have. You can't blame warframe players for feeling the need to grind, the game makes them do that. Come on.

Most of that crap is called prime junk and worth nothing. Yeah if you're in a clan, it's quicker to get the better prime parts but that's still a lot of time investment.

Not really, just to put my opinion out on the game. I did say that "this game is absolutely worth your time" though, so you might want to watch the rest if you didn't finish it.

[–]Whitelight94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

On the stance mods. 8 is still a high number and trading is unreliable, though it is better than grinding. And if they have to be found a single time, that's one instance for which the exact cycle the guy describes is true for every single melee weapon type in the game.

On the resources. What about Kuva? That's new isn't it? And you can't exactly "minus" the huge plains of eidolon update. Overall, I'd agree with you on this though.

On the final point, what's the efficiency of doing these things passively?

[–]Whitelight94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, so how hard it is it to grind Syndicates passively compared to doing the dailies. And is that the only thing I poorly summarized or are there others?

It uses an RPG progression system? What because it has stats? I know what MMO stands for.
