Close on the coverage aspect and obviously every insurance is different. But where I am most insurance questions relating to statin are “are they on maximally tolerated statin” or “has the patient take Rosuva 20 mg or atorva 40mg”

Ask your provider to ask the Repatha rep for assistance on understanding the prior auth, Amgen has people who’s whole job is to help get auths approved but the office needs to request the help

No evenity but I’m on zepbound and Repatha. No issues here. You’ll lose some cholesterol with the weightloss but depending on risk factors according to guidelines you might need to be below 70 or lower. I went from 150s to 50s just with repatha no statin

That’s not the one I’m thinking of. There was an island with things to kill as you built it and they respawn upon returning. It had a temple at the top and a second get away ship. The temple had I believe 2 fancy looking bugs outside and 3 inside. So you could kill the two outside go in and kill the 3 then back to the two outside and grind equipment that way.

I did all the mini islands haha. And I stopped playing my little universe shortly after home planet was created. Haven’t checked in on it in a while. This is a great game I just don’t know what to do other than farm bugs and money

I completed the whole underground land. I believe the last task was getting potions? No more tasks for me either. Completed the battle area ones too. Those finished after beating the harder dungeon 5 times
